Itinerary
The base camp
In the morning we will meet with our guide. 1000 meters above sea level, lush vegetation, wild and far from civilization will be the perfect place to start this adventure. A short briefing and then we start. Do not forget that the success of the adventure depends on a great deal of teamwork! The task of trekking to find the material to make the base camp. The first important test is to set up the field and light the fire with unsuitable materials. It will be unforgettable the overnight stay in the tent, your senses will be very attentive and you will be enchanted by the spectacle of the starry sky.
A new day
From dawn you will see the animals in the woods waking up. After a great breakfast, we will disassemble the camp and we’ ll be ready to go. We will cross the wildest part of the Sila between ferns, mosses and dense vegetation. We will discover this corner of paradise. We will take a regenerating bath in the Crocchio River. We will reach the monolith “Pietra Aggiallu”, the ancient mill and “Gigante Buono”: witnesses of a distant past. A delicious packed lunch concludes our wonderful experience.
The tour includes:
- Basic Survival course with a guide;
- Tents and equipment for the night;
- Packed lunch.
